OUR STORY

Boulon Brasserie resides on the ground floor of Thousand & One, Water Street Tampa’s trophy office tower that opened summer 2021. The vibrant development has transformed downtown Tampa into a walkable, wellness- and community-oriented neighborhood. In that same spirit, Boulon Brasserie was created with a vision of immersive dining and is the perfect complement to the experiential nature of Water Street Tampa.

Jeff Gigante, a St. Petersburg, Florida native, has been successfully developing a diverse collection of restaurant concepts for 25 years, steadfastly earning a reputation for hospitality, community involvement, and philanthropy

Joe Guggino

Born in New York City and raised in Tampa, Florida, Joseph Guggino is an attorney and an investor with a penchant for the restaurant industry. Previous investments include Caffe Paradiso and Forbici Modern Italian.

Andrew Wright

A highly driven entrepreneur, Andrew Wright is Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Franklin Street, a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Tampa Florida and Managing Partner of Ally Capital Group.

Inspired by the culture of hospitality, Next Level Brands strives to elevate the culinary landscape of Tampa Bay; where eating and drinking together is a way of bonding, building connections and making memorable experiences.
